A settlement stops producing food and water when a certain amount is reached. Look in the Workshop for purified water. If there is none and the settlement doesn't produce any, then something is indeed wrong. WebBottles are filled at water pumps to give you 1:1 purified water. If the option to fill empty bottles is not coming up then it is one of two issues: - You have no empty bottles in your personal inventory (Not in workbench). Water pump is 'malfunctioning'.
